My Story - Hi, I'm Jess!

I struggled with depression and anxiety from the age of 16. Medication helped but I never felt quite right. I never felt like myself. It was like a part of me was lost in the depression.

In the beginning of 2020, I had another breakdown. I was signed off work for my mental health and feeling lost. I knew I needed to make some changes and now I had the time.
