For me, using self-improvement techniques has improved my mental health and overall wellness. I changed up some of my negative habits like over-sleeping and spending time with negative people.

  5. Create a morning routine. Having a healthy morning routine will encourage you to be more productive throughout the day.
  6. Read for 30 minutes every-day. Reading for 30 minutes a day is a great way to relax and unwind after a busy, stressful day.
  7. Spend quality time with loved ones. Take your grandma for a cup of tea. Meet your friends for a meal.
  8. Cut out caffeine. Swap out your morning coffee for a cup of tea.
